As far back as I can go, I have always had a strong attraction to social sciences and human relations. Thanks to my background in community work and my bachelor's degree in social work, I have accumulated many assets that serve me well in my adventure as an entrepreneur.

To be a resource that guides and facilitates the discovery of your inner SELF thus shaping your leadership. It is through expertise and coaching services that I aim to equip you so that you succeed in teaming up with your INTUITIVE leader. This way, you will see your TRUTH become a reality. "Au Centre des Sens" is for the ESSENCE of your leadership!

The purpose of my project is to inspire each and every one of us to build a quality of life aligned with our truth. It is by having, through my actions, the greatest possible impact on the collective consciousness that I will achieve such goal. In my own way, I guide, touch and inspire people so that they realize that the "quest for happiness" is a process that starts from within! Too many people are simply disconnected and numb by the societal matrix and completely miss their REAL mission, their full potential!

The more I move forward, the more I see leadership as the relationship we have with our self. A relationship that requires discipline as well as self-control. It is through self-discovery, and therefore through love for oneself, that one manages to walk alongside one's leader. Leadership is like the fuel that fuels the desire to explore all facets of one's being. And it is when we discover our INTUITIVE leader that we reach our highest peak (our truth) and thus we INSPIRE others!

Through my individual and group coaching services, through my trainings and conferences as well as through my collaborations, my goal is to lift the veil on one of the greatest truths there is; self-fulfillment is concretized through the exploration of one's inner self, through the relationship (leadership) that one maintains with oneself. The more we invest in this relationship, the more we blossom. It is "Au Centre des Sens” (At the Core of our Senses) that we discover the ESSENCE of our leadership so that we can live our truth and not run away from it!
